Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Goodday sir, I hav a reddish swollen eyes which I bliv is an apolo infection as I had interacted with someone wit a similar problem 2 days ago. My questions are- Which medication shud I use, and what shud I not do to avoid complications cos I m afraid it cud becom complicated.

If it is bacterial conjunctivitis then antibiotic eye drop like ofloxacin .3% eye drop may be applied 4times dailymantain proper hygiene. keep yourself away from other member of family. do not share your linen with others It should go within 7days. If not then get it examined by eye doctor.

its bacterial conjunctivitis. highly contagious.you have to maintain hygiene and apply ofloxacin .3%eye drop 6hourly. neosporine eye ointment may be applied at bedtime. in seven days twill be alright. it will not give rise to any complication. keep isolated yourself inaroom. put on dark glass when you go out. do not share your towel or linen with any body.
