hello, i have a swollen rib on the left side which is very sore when I walk and can t sleep at night. the last few days it got worst as I have exterme migraine aroud the eyes. I had fever and chill the last 2 nights 2 too. I am also extermely tired. i also have now shooting pains in the legs.
You may be suffering from acute viral infection along with migraine or it may be sinus headache with fever or other causes like meningism or malaria etc.
Use tablet paracetamol thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved or developed an allergy to above drug please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
