Suggest Treatment For Swollen Right Foot

I had what I thought was a bite of some kind. I could not walk on my right foot at all, very painful. Its better today after some pain killers. I dont think gout, but someone said creeping something. I spent the last week in florida, ocean, sand, and all. The right foot is still swolen, but I can walk. What do I have?

for the pain you can take analgesics tablets or gel/spray
rite now your foot needs rest.
try cold compression with ice packs
tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice daily after food
diclofenac gel/ spray after hot compression will help.
