Suggest Treatment For Tear On Penis When Suffering From Recurring UTI's

i am being treated with low dose keflax antibiotics for recurrent utis, but i am also having recurring problems with sore, itching genitals, the soreness feels like small cuts and today i noticed a small tear, my doctor has prescribed trimovate cream, is there anything else I can do to ease the discomfort

Perineal hygiene is very important. Wear clean undergarments and loose garments. Foreskin of penis should be clean. Any UTI must be treated with full course of urine culture sensitive antibiotics. Continue topical cream application. Sexual abstinence for 1 month is advisable. After treatment of UTI, take long term low dose prophylactic antibiotic.
