Suggest Treatment For Tender Bump On Head And Headaches After Injury
Hi there. 2 days ago I was struck hard in the right side temple with a billards size bocce ball. It came out of no where, the thrower was about 30 ft away. I went to the er to be checked over. I remembered everything, was not knocked out etc. It s been 2 days now and I m still suffering from a very tender head, headaches. The goose egg is not particularly large which is somewhat concerning me. I have pain biting down and opening my mouth fully is difficult. Just wanting some advice
Probably, you developed hematoma of scalp or temporal muscle which is useful to elevation of jaw. That's why whenever you elevate the jaw while eating your feeling pain. Do use cold and warm compression. Use tablet aceclofenac twice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
