Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam and performing labyrinthine tests in order to investigate for a possible inner ear disorder. There is no reason to have such dizziness from tendinitis. In the meantime, I recommend taking Meclizine or Dimenhydrinate for the dizziness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
