Suggest Treatment For Tennis Elbow

Hi Dr, I am a pro body builder and I m suffering from tennis elbow since 1 year or more.I tried Voltaren and profenid and I got rest for 15 days but the pain not gone totally so what can I do? Do I continue same treatment or change it to an other drug?

Hello,

You need to change treatment.
Avoid exposure of cold.

Start elbow exercises consulting physiotherapist also Physiotherapy like TENS and ultrasound will help. Take calcium supplement with vit D.
Avoid lifting weight and screwing movement.

If no relief in tennis elbow pain then local injection shot may help.

Last step is release of inflamed flexor tissue surgically.
