myself Nidhi jain i am suffring with the problum of tennis elbow for few days and my family Dr.suggest me the tablet Tendo care.that marked with red dot.i m jain so i dont want to eat that tablets .pls suggest me any other option if u have .i m suffring with pain and stiffness in my elbow .so suggest me how long it goes .

1. Voveron tablet twice daily
2. Tablet pan d daily
3. Hot water fomentation
4. Tennis elbow band daily
5. Steroid injection if above mentioned medicine does not work
