Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain After Undergoing Vasectomy

I had a vasectomy 4 months ago. Everything was going fine and I felt great. 5 weeks after my vasectomy I did and hour upper body work out and then ran and walked 2 miles. The next day I did an hour stretch routine. For the next couple of days I noticed that I had an achy pain on my right side of my testicles. The pain came mostly when I would lift stuff. 2 months after my surgery, which was 3 weeks after my workout problems, I helped a family member move. I lifted a few couches and other semi heavy items and then the left side of my testicles began to experience the same problems as my right side. Now it is 4 months after my surgery and I still have pain on both sides if I do anything physical like running, lifting or exercising. I can’t even lift my children to much without feeling some tension. I have contacted the doctor several times to ask for assistance over the phone because I don't have the money he is asking for to go see him. He refuses to speak with me over the phone to help me and I see that as unethical doctor practice. His nurse said they have never heard of anything like what I have described before and that may be true but I don't know. Please help if you can. I would like to know what I have to do to get my life back to order. Thank you for your time.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of vasectomy and development of scrotal pain that comes on after exercises or lifting heavy objects and so on.
This may not be due to vasectomy as the problems would have been immediately after surgery.
You have to get a clinical evaluation in spite of money or no money as you have to be seen for possible hernia development, small hernia can be detected by the Doctor only; tests of ultrasonography and color doppler examination. This all is important to get a proper diagnosis and not possible on phone or internet.
Once a proper diagnosis is made, you can get a proper treatment and possible relief.
