Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello
i have studied your case with due diligence.
Your mri findings and your symptoms suggest that you are having degenerative spinal canal stenosis. Initial treatment for this condition is lumbosacral brace, analgesics, methylcobalamine and pregabalin combination tablets. You can continue this for few months. If your symptoms are not relieved with above advice then you would need spinal decompression surgery.
Numbness under the shoulder cannot be explained by information and findings provided by you. Shoulder problem need to be examined and investigated by orthopaedic surgeon.
