I am 37 years old female. i have been diagnosed with hypothyroid about 3 years back; my TSH levels had constantly increased till thyronorm - 75 mcg brought it in range... 7 months back; all of a sudden it went to .03 and stayed that way with falling doses till thyronorm - 25 at which it went back up to 5.5 (out of range)... i have recently undergone thyroid antibody test & have found peroxidase antibody to be 133 while lab reference range indicates it should be below 60 for eurthyroid.... DO I SUFFER FROM HASHIMOTO THYRODITIS ? plz help as my endocrionologist is ignoring my antibody report & tellig me to just increase thyronorm dose. do i need any other medication. plz help as i dnt have any choice of doctors in my town.
No need to worry. You just need to adjust the dosage of thyronorm. You should check your free T3, Free T4 and TSH level and set the dosage accordingly.
