Dear sir ,
I am from chennai,india , suffering from thyroid , report status microsomes in thyroid are 600 , consulted doctor they told it cannot be cured , my weight is increased ,my parents are planning for marriage help me to get fully cured. Thankyou

Hello,
I can understand your concern.
High anti TPO antibodies are suggestive of an autoimmune process of the thyroid gland.
They attack the gland and cause hypothyroidism.

It is also important to ascertain if you truly have hypothyroidism, be it is subclinical or overt. Such a determination is best made by checking the thyroid hormones in addition to detailed clinical evaluation. If the hormones are within the normal ranges than you do not need treatment.
There is no therapy to lower the antibodies.
