Suggest Treatment For Tickling Feeling During Urination

For the last week or so I have been experiencing a tickling feeling, almost to the point of being painful when I urinate. I am having to urinate frequently and in very small amounts. Often I feel the need to go again while I am still on the toilet. (by frequently I mean at least every hour and there is a real urgency to it.
My urine is cloudy and has what I consider a foul odor.

Hi welcome to health care magic

Here following condition has to be ruled out...
-Acute urinary tract ibfection
-BPH
-Cystitis or
-kidney infection

So for this urine examination done and if needed USG like investigation needed for further work up

If needed IVP can also be done...

Prostate enlargement will be detected in USG if present or per rectal examination also can be useful (if you are male patient)

Hope this will help

Physician or nephrologist consultation for examination
