Suggest Treatment For Tight Stabbing Pain All Over My Upper Abdomen During Pregnancy

33 weeks pregnant and tight stabbing pain all over my upper abdomen and parts of my upper back. Been going on the past 3-4 hours. sitting down doesnt help, lying down makes it worse and walking around makes it worse. almost feels like severe heartburn but in my stomach. Extremely painful. Not contractions because its not lower abdominal pain. Dont want to call my OB because i just saw her yesturday and she said everything looked great but baby was extremely low. Nothing else was said. Please help me figure out whats going on.

hi,since you say there are no associated contractions in all likelihood it is esophageal spasm due to gerd.take tab pantop twice daily for 3 days.take gaviscon syrup 2tsf thrice daily for 3 days.no spicy oily food.take 1 tab drotin stat for immediate pain relief.all the best take care.
