Suggest Treatment For Tightness And Pain In Stomach
Had herpes round the Left waist, had lot of stomach ache then. Now I am feeling pain below the bellybutton + left waist+back. The pain. Seems to occur when food being digested passes certain sections of the intestine. Has done sonography, vital organs normal. The stomach feels tight all the time and more so after eating, pls help

Noted the history of Herpes around the left waist, had stomach pains then. Now feeling pain bellow the belly button, left waist and back. Pain seems to occur when food is being digested passes certain sections of intestine. Ultrasound is normal. Stomach feels tight all the time and more so after eating.
With the detailed history you have provided my thoughts are:
The post-herpetic pain can continue for a long time and you need to consult your Doctor or a Neurologist to take appropriate pain-killer regimen like gabapentin and such medication.
If this control all the pains and symptoms, no need to do any further studies.
If the pain still persists, then coincidental intestinal problems can be investigations by barium meal or CT scan with enteroclysis.
