Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Abdomen
i have this feeling like a tightness or swelling inside my torso between my chest and waist.. sometimes usually when sitting its very uncomfortable, but i cannot feel it when standing, I thought it might be constipation, but have been taking senokot and it's definitely not constipation

Muscular symptoms that you have stated here may not be due to constipation because constipation is not the disease condition if not proved any pathology behind it. Till then, it is due to diet, eating habit, and others.
Your symptoms of tightness and swelling could be the sign of Fibromyalgia. It can be a functional disorder or an arthritis condition, you can try tablet Diclofenac once in a day.
