Suggest Treatment For Tinea Corporis And Urinary Fungal Infection

I have a fungal infection (tinea corporis) and urinary fungal infection due to parasites(lice/crabs). I am taking 100m fluconazole for 5 days and Terbinafine 250 mg(30-60 days) together for the infection( does antifungals cancel each other out if taken together?) I want to take a flagyl (metronidazole 250mg) for a ameobias ; will it cause the fungal infection to get worse? Medroxyprogesterone 10mg I want to take for menorrhagia, the first days of menses, will it make the endometrium lining grow or shed more? I bleed heavy after 2-3 days (7 day menses). Sincerely, Evonna; YYYY@YYYY

Urologist 's  Response
I believe u have been taking the right drugs. U can continue Fluconazole 150 mg once weekly for 4 weeks. Even then if funguria persists, u may switch over to amphotericin. Remain in touch with urologist and dermatologist.
