Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Anus

27 yo white male c/o "anus tingling" for atleast the past week. Feels like a faint buzzing (almost like a cell phone vibrate) hums just on the inside of my anus and lasts for about 5 seconds. Only have noticed when I sit. Happens at random. No N/V, diarrhea, constipation, fever, blood in stool, recent illness. Only other thing that has been ongoing for atleast 4 or so years is after I often dribble after urinating (not just a little, but when I zip up the pants, walk down the stairs, and look at my clothes, it is as if 1-5 ml of urine leaked out -- i will try to "shake" before i zip up but no matter what i still have this problem).

PSH: appendectomy, bilat inguinal hernia repair

ROS: as stated in history (literally no other complaints or problems)
