Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Legs After Knee Replacement
I had knee replacement 5 years ago (I am 51) and I have tingling down my legs. I also have RSD & 2 bulging discs and previous broken sacrum. I have been seeing a pain management Doctor and I wonder if I should see a Neuorologist? I had one until he retired. My tingling is getting worse and a lot of pain in my back & inflammation in my knee. My Knee surgeon also retired, so I have put things off.
Tingling sensation in legs after knee replacement surgery can be due to compression of nerve supplying the legs. I suggest you to consult your surgeon or any other orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
