Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Headache, Bloating, Diarrhea And Pain Under Ribs
hello i am feeling very tired headache and pains under both sides of my ribs along with bloating and diarreah. I loked into it and saw a number of things it could be and could also be nothing. i recently was on vacation and drank alot of alcohol. i also saw it could be irratable bowel. any ideas or suggestions
As per my clinical experience, the headache, bloating and diarrhea with pain under ribs do indicate GI flora upset with acute gastritis developing secondary to excess alcohol intake. Guidance for better recovery: - Drink more liquids in terms of boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water - Abstinence from alcohol if consuming at present - Proton pump inhibitor as Omeprazole with sips of water on empty stomach - GI flora support with lacto bacillus and probiotics such as sacchharomyosis bullardiae - Acetaminophen as and when required
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
