Suggest Treatment For Tiredness In Person With High BP

Bp is 128/77 with a pulse rate of 51 ...... yawning and feeling tired a lot.

Height is 6 feet 2 inch and weigh 195 pounds. 62 years of age. I have no history of heart problems. I take Cozaar 25mg/day .... for BP control. Multi-vitamin, garlic, and fish oil. Exercise modestly three times a week. Have gained approximately 8 to 10 pounds this past winter.

hello,
Your pulse rate is on lower side and also weight gain. This can be a manifestation of hypothyroidism. So get thyroid test done. Also, if normal, you ll need evaluation for low heart rate as it can lead to current symptoms and also fainting, dizziness and syncope. So you ll need ecg and holter monitoring as well. Make sure you are not any drugs other than losartan, which can cause low pulse rate.
