Suggest Treatment For Tiredness When Suffering From Hypertension

I am a 80 year old female, my b.p. fluctuates daily , it can be 109/54 or 135/56, I often feel very tired and have jelly legs, also some-times I feel anxius : medication micardis 40 mg. super B complex , fishoil 4000mg Thank you for your time Johanna

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Diastolic is low. Will require venous stocking.
2. Systolic blood pressure, if between 100-140, not to worry.
3. For better control, weight reduction and moderate exercises will help.
4. Additionally, reducing dose of micardis and adding a beta blocker could be helpful. Control salt in diet along with life style modification and altered medication, it would reduce blood pressure variation.
