Suggest Treatment For Torn Frenulum After Circumcision

I had a half/partial circumcision done on the 20th June and the scar line seems to be healing together okay however after the first week I had noticed that on every suture the top part of skin connecting to the lower bit had come away or ripped through. So now it looks like I have little extra skin bumps all the way around.

Hi,

That is healing, and swelling will be reduce slowly. You should wash it with lukewarm water with added KMnO4 granules in it. Clean it with Betadine and use a dressing if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
