Suggest Treatment For Twisting Of Knee During Sport Activity

I twisted my knee playing football yesterday and heard a Minor crack I carried on playing and didn't think it was that bad until I got home and it feels locked when I move it in areas and stiff and pain is mainly coming from the left of my knee cap what could this be? Thankyou

After going through your query I concluded that you are having medial meniscus injury to your knee as you are locking your knee. It can be confirmed by MRI of your knee. Its treatment in case of minor tear is rest and quadriceps exercises. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is given for pain relief.
