Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

If Jalra and Trigpm has helped with your blood sugar levels (BSL), while for the last couple of weeks you are having persistent high blood sugar readings (HBSR), then, should understand what is causing that:
- any recent changes in diet? new foods? new drinks?
- perhaps you might have been less physically active recently?
- any viral or other types of infection?

So, basically, if one of these factors is causing HBSR, then, correcting that factor will also improve BSL.

If none of these are present, then, should discuss with your endocrinologist to change therapy; to my opinion, you should switch to insulin. However, further investigations and endocrinologist's opinion is needed.

Hope it helped!
