Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam,
I dont see a sulphonylurea in the list of diabetes medication. Was it stopped ? and why? With galvusmet and levemir in a ten year diabetic it is very tough to get good control.
My opinion
1. Get sugars (Fbs, Ppbs) and HbA1c done.
2. Check renal parameters and LFT.
if Kidney and liver are fine restart sulphonyl ureas (Glimipride, gliclazide, glipizide or glibenclamide) in consultation with your diabetologist.
I am very confident that she will do well..
All the best!!
