Suggest Treatment For Uneasiness In Child Due To Teething

Good evening, we have a 10 mponth old who is teething. She had a tewmp of 38.5'c and seemed hot and flushed. She is pulling on her ears. Is there anything other than the prescribed dose of Ponstan that we can administer to help coll (and calm) her down a little?Thank you

Hi dear
welcome to the HCM,
Probably baby is getting some viral infection leading to such symptoms.
Teething here does not seems to be the culprit.
Give the child paracetamol syrup 15 mg /kg every 6 to 4 hourly basis.
Plenty of fluid and take care of the Nutrition.
Ear drop containing analgesic and antifungal like otogesic or otocin ear drops may be poured both the ears .
