Suggest Treatment For Uneasiness In Urinating And Bowel Moments

almost a week, i found something like sand or like salt in my stool. I feel uneasy and pain in vagina while passing of urine also. I always feel like some urine is left to pass, but very few urine. And when i go for urine, again i feel the tendency of stool, and ofcourse a little bit of stool comes out.
