Suggest Treatment For Upper Back Pain And Shortness Of Breath

Hello... I am experiencing upper back pain and shortness of breath. I am thinking of having some sort of lung problem as our family have a history of tuberculosis. My father passed away with emphysema. Sorrt of paranoid at this time. I will go to the walk in clinic tonight just to make sure.
