Suggest Treatment For Uretero Abscess Below The Penis

Hi my name is Indrasen and 1 1/2 month back , i consulted a doctor and he said URETERO ABSCESS below the penis and given some medicines and after that puss was coming out from that place and still coming and the nurve related that uretero , above the part of penis also paining from some days and this pain will be reduced or it won t come when ever i drink more water and this pain is more when even i avoid drinking water ...kindly advice on my problem

Hello,

The abscess formation in the genital region is usually secondary to bacterial infection as Staph aureus or else.

The pus discharge indicates that the amount of inflammation is substantial and you need the following care
- sterile dressing care with the application of polymycin cream
- maintain hydration with plenty of liquids (do not fear of pain as mentioned above in your question)
- avoid sex if involved
- genital hygiene care

- analgesic as ibuprofen and paracetamol will help to reduce pain as well as work for inflammatory response control as well.
- get a prescription of antibiotics and antifungal medications from your doctor for best early recovery.
