Suggest Treatment For Urethral Discomfort,frequent Urination And Pain In Kidney Area

I'm a 26 year old Caucasian male, 6'2'' 170lbs. I've been having odd urinary system symptoms. 1) Slight pain/discomfort and tightness in my lower back where my kidneys are located, predominantly on the left side. This has been going on for about a month.2) Odd rumbling/fluttering feeling where my kidney is located on the left hand side. This feels similar to a muscle twitch or rumbling from gas, however, it's been going on for about two weeks and is almost constant throughout the day.3) Discomfort in my urethra similar to when I've been diagnosed with UTI (multiple times) and when I was diagnosed with a prostate infection once. This discomfort has not correlated with urination (ie. it's not any better/worse when I urinate), although it may increase with the need to urinate.4) Seems as though I've been urinating more frequently.5) Lastly, I've had an odd pain deep in my pelvis (I think it's where my prostate would be located) when I orgasm.

In my opinion it is Urinary tract infection involving kidneys and infection of the prostrate gland, don't worry it seems minor type of infection.
In this type of situation I advice my patients to get ultrasonography of kidney ureters and bladder ,Urine lab investigations and they need to be examined by urologist who will do their digital rectal examination and prostatic massage so that prostatic secretion can be examined.
I advice my patients to drink plenty of fluids specially lemonades to relieve them from burning urinary symptoms further treatment can be started depending on the investigation result.
Protected Sexual intercourse is beneficial and it relieves symptoms.
