Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Gastritis

Hi. My name is Amberly. I am 21 years old. I am as of today 4 days late on my cycle. My stomach seems very "tight" and I'm very gassy even though I don't eat often... I also have frequent urination but I think its because I've replaced meals with water. Also I have a history of STDs. I took a pregnacy test this past Tuesday. It was negative. My legs also get numb after sitting for any longer than 20 mins. I've never had this problem. Due to STDs I know my chances of getting pregnant are slim but can you tell me what might be happening? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Your tightness of stomach could be due to acute gastritis or hyperacidity or stomach bloating etc.
You can go for routine blood counts,ESR and urine analysis with ultrasound of abdomen and upper gastrointestinal scopy to have a confirmed diagnosis.
Frequent urination doesn't necessarily mean any UTI or urinary incontinence but it could be normal as a result of excess water intake unless there is no diabetes.
You might require H2 blockers (ranitidine) or proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole, pantoprazole or rabeprazole etc with cryoprotective drugs like sucralfate or misoprostol.
If underlying cause is infective like H.pylori then you will require triple drug regimen means two antibiotics and PPPls.
