I had a TAH on Jan 23, 2015. My recovery has gone well. I got 30+ staples removed this past Tuesday . Wednesday at bedtime I began to have urinary incontinence. It is like my bladder is not emptying and there is continued dripping. I do not have incontinence otherwise. My urine is slightly tannish in the pad I wear but no hematuria or burning with urination is noted. Is this something that will resolve on its own or do I maybe have a UTI?
Hi,Dear I went through your query.1-By the facts placed by your query and In my opinion, this tannish urine dripping-is due to the late -post-surgical complications-? mostly due to hidden infective cellulitis in nearby operated area-causing this late urinary-in-continence.2-This may indicate the forth coming problem and needs to be checked with your gyneac doctor who operated it.3-I would advise-Diclofenac and CBC with urine-microscopic -if infection then antibiotics would resolve this issue.4-Hope this would solve your query,5-Thanks for your query to the Health Care magic. 6-You are wellcome for any further treatments if required.7-I would love to help you out of YOur worry about your post-op urinary in-continence.. .Thnks.Wellcome.
