hello, i m 33 yrs. old/Male and about every time i have to much too drink I ll experience bladder incontinence the following day where I Have no feel of the need to pee and suddenly My bladder will just release without notice. sometimes its a large amount sometimes just a little bit. This also sometimes happens when I m real tired. Whats going on? FYI I do leak at night 5-6 per week no matter what been dealing with that for the last 5 yrs. I sleep very Deeply according to the sleep center that tested me for my sleep apnea, which I do not have. just excessive snoreing. The issue during the day though is something that has come on slowly in since about a year after my bedwetting started..
As your complaints of bladder incontinence usually occur in old age man for the common reason of prostate enlargement. But in your case you Are 33 yr old and history of bed wetting in past years, you need to check with your bladder sphincter condition. as your bladder post void capacity should be assessed via ultrasound. depends on that you need to consult an urologist to assess properly.
