You are having urinary incontinence problem for which you need to investigate as follow... _urine routine microscopic examination to rule out infection _USG pelvis and abdomen to rule out any lesion in bladder if present and to check post voidal residual urine amount _uro flow study to decide type of continence.
According to these reports, further management like pelvic exercise, any surgery, oxybutynin like drug etc can be planned.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
