Dear sir, My child is now 3 years old, since last two months he is suffering with urine infection, local doctor old to do DMSA Sacn and we done it, please see the comments of report as follows : Enlarged left kidney shows normal renal tubular function with evidence of scar at its upper pole

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He may have some urinary tract infection. He should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then take antibiotics according to need. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
