Suggest Treatment For Urinary Infection

My husband has had a urinal infection and was put on antibiotic and flow max. He has finished the micro biotic and has stopped taking the flomax because of light headed new. He now has no energy and is constipated, is this caused by side affects from the medicine. How do we treat his constipation?

For treatment of constipation problem take more high fiber foods like oats ;whole grain....etc

Drink more water per day.
Do some exercise.

Avoid fatty foods and junk foods.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflowe, carbonated drinks etc. ...

Psyllium is helpful for constipation.
Stool softner can use.
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you have to consent a physician for further treatment.
