General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Urinary tract obstruction or prostate enlargement can be a possibility in such case. Urethral stenosis also can be responsible.

He needs to investigate with urine routine microscopic examination, ultrasound of pelvis and abdomen, x-ray abdomen for primary workup.

According to reports, further management plan decided. He can be consulted to a urologist in a nearby hospital in Delhi.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
