Suggest Treatment For Urinary Retention And Heart Palpitations
Hello I was in hospital in Nov. 2014 said I was having Tia s and went emergency on Monday of this wk. Unable to urinate and not making tears, having muscle an feet cramps also painful. Heart rate going from 98 to 44 whiting sec.painful numbness on left side of face neck feels like tight cramp that goes down center of chest an left arm atund to back.feels like someone has me in a bear hug and won t let go!!!! Spasms painful !!!! I also suffer with bad bladder have nerougenic bladder. Had PE in 2007 on warfin for 5yrs. No longer on. haven t felt good since.!!!!! Help please. Thank you in advance

* Retention of urine seems almost likely due to neurologic reasons ( from past TIA episodes ) , needs in depth evaluation for the diagnosis in form of ultrasound , uroflowmetry , diagnostic cystoscopy according to the clinician concern .

* Palpitations have lot many reasons , must consult an expert cardiologist for the same .
