Suggest Treatment For Urinary Retention

Hi, is this for urologist type questions: 1) I am a male 60 yrs old, if I keep feeling pressure to urine and when I got, hardly nothing comes out or if a lot a lot comes out, and I think I am finished but once I get to my desk, urine is stilling trickling out and staining my pants. 2)I am his wife, breast cancer savior, can take any kind of hormones and it is very painful to have sex, very . we both need a good doctor in our area and we both still work full time jobs.
