Suggest Treatment For Urine Infection And Back Pain During Periods

Hey! I am 21 years old female. Recently, I got urine infection and then on third day, I got my period. And first day of my period, I got really painful cramp on right abdomen. And at night, my body temperature was high. Second day, the pain switched to left and same night, I got the body temperature high. Third day, the pain switched to back ache. On the second day of my period, I took meftal spaz to alleviate my pain. It worked like a charm. Now I am on fourth day, I still have a back ache and at night, I am having body temperature high. Should I consume meftal spaz or not?. What would you recommend?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your pain may be due to your menstruation or due to urinary tract infection. You can take meftal spaz. You should also go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If you have pus cells in urine then you should take antibiotics. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
