Suggest Treatment For Uterine Myoma And Cysts In Kidney
hi ! I am maria pilar, been having abdominal pain mostly to the lower right and upper right . had an whole abdominal ultrasound 3 weeks ago, and uterine myoma is present in a smaller size and 2 small cysts at my left kidney is seen too. Please advise me what to do tnx!

Small myoma generally does not cause many problems and can be managed conservatively.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Mefenamic acid for pain relief.
If pain persists or in case of symptoms like bleeding, better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
