Suggest Treatment For Uti

I have UTI. I thought it was getting better over the last day, but today the pain and frequency of urination is more and now I have blood in my urine. I have tried AZO cranberry pills and drinking alot of water and cranberry juice. What else can I do?

Urologist 's  Response
Hi, if you have blood in urine, you should get yourself checked by your family doctor or a urologist. He will advise some tests and a sonography and prescribe antibiotics and pain-medications.
Increased water intake and cranberry juice helps PREVENT repeated infections but won't help much to TREAT UTI. Take care.
