Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Dryness, Itching And Burning

I am experiencing vaginal dryness, itching and some burning. My nipples are very tender as well. Both symptoms started about a week ago. I am on progesterone 200 mg daily. I was using an estrogen creme vaginally once a month but I experienced itching and urinary urgency as a result and stopped using it. I also developed an UTI for the 1st time ever about 3 months after I stopped using the estrogen cream. I would prefer not to use the estrogen creme, is there something that you could recommend to help with these symptoms. Thanks.
