Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Itching And Large External Hemorrhoid

have a large external hemorrhoid and also vaginal itching. Have taken Monistat thinking it might be a yeast infection as I am on a steroid wash for the sinuses, (dr. said this could cause thrush int he mouth) I have started to use Preparation H but still the vaginal itching is there. What is the best method to deal with both issues. Thanks Dee

have a local examination from gynecologist for fungal infection.and take a course of antifungal treatment.maintain hygiene.
have local examination from surgeon for haemorrhoid.
do sitz bath.thanks
