Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Redness And Soreness

I have redness and soreness where i go to the bathroom. I am definitely in menopause. It does not sting or hurt when i go to the bathroom but i feel dry, am very red. It stings and feels this way when i don t use the bathroom. Any suggestions? Do i have an infection. I have done Nothing out of the ordinary. Thank you, very concerned YYYY@YYYY
