Suggest Treatment For Varicose Veins

Hi Doc, my right leg has been swollen for last couple of years,i used to have large varicose veins in the same leg since my twenties. I started taking a product called Venavine about two years ago and suddenly about six months ago the large swollen veins were gone but got stabbing pains which also disappeared,but the swelling persists with slight pain now and again depending how much standing i do during the day.I am 64 years old and still work in construction,and am on blood pressure pills and 6 foot a weight is 110 kilograms
