49 yrs old...facing tongue dry and vertigo symptom if in suffocation area or in heat area not most of but random and sudden impact..drinking water atleast 4 ltr and good eating habit but facing this problem,,,cold water and cool air area relief in symptom...
• Vertigo is a symptom, rather than a condition itself and treatment depends on right cause. You should see your GP if you have persistent signs of vertigo or it keeps coming back.
Medicines, such as prochlorperazine and some antihistamines, can help in the early stages or most cases of vertigo.
Also, we recommend: do simple exercises to correct your symptoms, sleep with your head slightly raised on two or more pillows, avoid bending down to pick up items, avoid extending your neck – for example, while reaching up to a high shelf.
