Hi welcome to Hcm,
I understand you concern and sure its very disturbing. It seems like a chronic problem and sounds to me like gastro esophageal reflux. Its a very disturbing problem for the child and parents also. However the problem needs to be diagnosed for sure by doing barium swallow study. Once confirmed it is totally controllable. For this you need to see a gastro enterlogist and be on strict follow up.
Remedies like keeping child's head in an elevated position while sleeping and continue lanzol junior to a long duration on 4 weeks is what I would advice apart from this. Hope your child improves soon. Happy to clear any further queries. Take care.
