Suggest Treatment For Vomiting Along With Stomach Ache

21 year old, throwing up for about 6 hours, stomach somewhat better for last 5 hours, low fever, now starting with strong aches and pains, has taken 2 tylenol extra strength 45 minutes ago with no relieve, just gave her 1 naprasin and waiting for some relief. She is keeping fluids down and has had a few crackers.

i appreciate your concern
it could be acute gastroenteritis
please take a course of antibiotics like metronidazole 500 mg thrice daily
tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily
And antacids
tab domperidone for vomiting
Give her plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
avoid fatty and fried food
